Carla Villasana-Moore

Carla Villasana-Moore graduated from GVSU in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a minor in Latin American Studies. During her time at GVSU, she was involved in the Peter C. Cook Leadership Academy, the Washington Model of the Organization of American States, and served as a Student Scholars Day presenter.

Originally from Venezuela, Carla is bilingual and deeply passionate about immigration studies. After graduating, she continued her education by earning a certificate in paralegal studies from Boston University in 2022. This credential enabled her to join Warner Norcross, where she worked as an Immigration Specialist and Legal Assistant.

Carla now works at Fragomen as a Business Immigration Analyst and Paralegal. Her commitment to giving back to the West Michigan community remains strong, and she continues to inspire those around her.
