GVSU Travel Accident and Sickness Insurance Registration Form: Students
Students participating in GVSU affiliated travel must use this form to register for the GVSU International Accident and Sickness Insurance program.
Registering will ensure that travelers are covered under all applicable GVSU assistance and insurance policies. Registration also assists the Padnos International Center in keeping travelers informed as much as possible of potential risks (health/safety, financial, IT security, Research Compliance, etc.). In case of an emergency, we can best assist you if your trip is registered and your travel details are listed.
If you are traveling with GVSU owned/controlled items, technology, commercial software and encryption code (this includes laptops, and digital storage devices), it is required that you reach out to the Office of Research Compliance and Integrity for further information regarding exceptions for professional temporary exports.
