The Water Heater Interface Testing System was developed to address the challenges of manually testing the Aerotherm G2 water heater controls interface. Previous testing methods require repeated user interactions and visual verification, making the process time consuming. This project automates interface testing by replicating user inputs, allowing tests to be performed consistently and repeatedly with minimal human intervention. By reducing manual effort, the system helps save money by reducing the engineering hours needed to complete testing. The project demonstrates how automation can enhance testing efficiency while still supporting the production of quality consumer products.
