Abstract
This project is about developing an automated test handler for Magna Mirrors' automotive electrochromic mirrors. The Mirror Automated Test Handler is an automated test system developed to characterize the reflectivity performance of automotive electrochromic mirrors over a broad temperature range. The test handler indexes test samples and calibration standards over the integrating sphere measurement apparatus while providing power to the electrochromic cell as required. By automating this critical, labor-intensive, and repetitive procedure, the handler improves measurement consistency and overall efficiency.
