Experiential course includes theoretical background and applied skills in secular mindfulness as a college-success tool. History of mindfulness, its scientific basis, its application to daily life; specific skills for working with thoughts, emotions, and sensations; developing capacity to enhance mind-body awareness of present-moment experience.
