Navigate Access

New and existing user requests must be submitted by the hiring office and/or the supervisor for the user.  Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 1-3 business days.

New user access to Navigate

Please provide the following information to Navigate@gvsu.edu in an email requesting the new users access to Navigate.  Before users can get access to Navigate they must be an active employee, or student employee, of GVSU.  If the requested user has not yet started, you may still request their access, but we will not be able to push it forward until they have started their employment.  If you are requesting access for a student employee, or graduate student please ensure they have completed their FERPA training and apply for them to get a student staff email setup prior to requesting Navigate access.
