Alfany Rosales-Muro

Assistant Director

Alfany has worked in the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarship since 2019 and is now an Assistant Director. She graduated from GVSU with her B.S. in Public and Nonprofit Administration in 2017. Alfany enjoys meeting with students to go over financial aid, study abroad, and helps support the MSL team rolling out the program.

Palak Luthra

Money Smart Lakers Graduate Assistant 

Palak Luthra, a graduate student in the Master of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership program, brings her dedication to financial empowerment to the MoneySmart Lakers team. She supports the program’s rollout, oversees peer mentors, and strategizes outreach to broaden its impact. Passionate about guiding students, Palak assists with financial aid options, including study abroad, helping them make informed financial decisions. Her work embodies the MoneySmart Lakers’ mission to equip students with essential financial skills for success during and beyond their time at GVSU.

Dillon Little

Money Smart Lakers Peer Mentor

Dillon is a Freshman studying Marketing Professional Sales at the Seidman College of Business and is passionate about helping students develop confidence in their finances. He enjoys lifting weights, running, and has a passion for music. Dillon hopes to become a software salesman after graduation. 

Francesco Bonucchi

Money Smart Lakers Peer Mentor

Francesco is a Freshman studying Finance at the Seidman College of Business. He is very passionate about money in all types of ways and is very excited to be able to help his peers gain more knowledge about their finances. Francesco's plan is to become a financial advisor after graduation.
