Please complete this request form in order to obtain your McNair Scholars Participation/Fee Waiver Certificate for your graduate school application(s). This form acts as verification of your participation in the GVSU McNair Scholars Program, as well as an application fee waiver request.
There is no limit to the number of fee waivers you can request, nor any expiration on your eligibility for the waivers. Acceptance of the waiver certificate is determined by the graduate school.
The Department of Education requires that we make contact with every McNair Scholar for 10 years following graduation from GVSU. Please complete this short survey to provide updates to your record's data. Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions regarding the requested information.
