2023 Latinx Graduation Celebration
The 2023 Latinx Graduation Celebration was hosted by Lakers Unidos, our Latino/a Faculty and Staff Association here at Grand Valley State University. Students participated in this event as an added piece to the graduation weekend to celebrate alongside faculty, staff, family, and friends. Students who attended received a serape stole and certificate. As well, for the first time, our DACA/Undocumented students were pinned with a monarch butterfly on their stoles.
