Learning Management System (LMS)

A learning management system is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation and delivery of educational courses, training programs, or learning and development programs.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System

Enterprise resource planning is the integrated management of main business processes, often in real-time and mediated by software and technology. ERP is usually referred to as a category of business management software — typically a suite of integrated applications—that an organization can use to collect, store, manage, and interpret data from many business activities.

Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)

UCaaS features include enterprise messaging, presence technology, online meetings, team collaboration, telephony and video conferencing. UCaaS is known for providing flexibility and scalability for core business tasks. Many UCaaS vendors also offer contact-center capabilities, including auto-attendant, interactive voice response, call routing and customer relationship management integrations.

Mass Texting & eMailing

The Project Management Office is gathering data needs from university stakeholders regarding the business needs of mass texting and emailing communications. This information will help determine what texting and mass emailing solution providers need to be reviewed that best fit Grand Valley's needs and requirements in the future.
