Community Value Review

As technology solutions continue to evolve at a rapid pace, one of our priorities are ongoing partnerships with students, faculty, and staff in proactively reviewing our existing enterprise solutions to ensure they are still providing value to our community.

Below, you will find the current enterprise technologies under review.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System

Enterprise resource planning is the integrated management of main business processes, often in real-time and mediated by software and technology. ERP is usually referred to as a category of business management software — typically a suite of integrated applications—that an organization can use to collect, store, manage, and interpret data from many business activities.

Mass Texting & eMailing

The Project Management Office is gathering data needs from university stakeholders regarding the business needs of mass texting and emailing communications. This information will help determine what texting and mass emailing solution providers need to be reviewed that best fit Grand Valley's needs and requirements in the future.
