The SMTP relay is used for variety of system email communications including scan to email.

SMTP Relay experienced an issue.

The SMTP relay is failing to deliver some emails to Microsoft 365 accounts due to a Microsoft outage. Sent emails will attempt to redeliver for a period once the outage is resolved.
