From 11:48 AM to 12:47 PM, Friday, August 8, the main www.gvsu.edu site and all of CMS4 were unavailable. For the majority of the outage, a page with relevant links to Banner, Workday, Okta, and other GVSU resources was displayed to visitors instead.
A drive controller lock-up condition caused the website database server to restart unexpectedly.
