Maintenance completed. HLC, JLC, OLC, WLC have been upgraded and all services restored.

Network Switch Replacement in HLC, JLC, OLC, & WLC.
Dates: Monday October 20 & Tuesday October 21
Time: 9:00AM-1:00PM
We will be replacing the network switches in HLC, JLC, OLC & WLC Living centers.
During these cutover windows, each network connection for a wired port or wireless access point will need to be moved from the old switch to the new switch, causing a 1–3-minute network outage for that device. At no point during this replacement will network connectivity for the entire building go down. Access points will be moved slowly so that clients can roam to another nearby access point while it is being moved.
The network will be available for the entire duration of the maintenance, users simply may experience a few minutes of slowness while their nearest Access Point reboots.
