Searching the Calendar in Outlook for Mac

  1. To search the calendar for a particular event, make sure you have selected Calendar in the Navigation Pane. In the upper right corner of the window there is a search field to type a word or words in the title of the event.

2. When you type a word in the search field, an extra tab called Search appears and the Ribbon changes with buttons to help you define your search.

3. The buttons allow you to search in subfolders, all events, all items, subject, location, attendees, start, end, all day and status. There is also an advanced search button with more features. When you are finished click on the Close button.
