2026 GV Technology Summit Call for Presenters
Join us for the 2026 GVSU Technology Summit as a presenter!
Be part of the GV Technology Summit—a university-wide celebration of technological progress and innovation. Sponsored by Information Technology and developed in collaboration with colleges and departments across the university, this Summit is for everyone at GVSU. The Technology Summit will take place on November 3, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m on the Allendale/Valley campus.
We welcome proposal submissions from faculty, staff, and
students. Whether you’re teaching, supporting, or learning with
technology, we invite you to share your ideas, experiences,
innovations, and lessons learned with the campus community. Students
do not need prior conference or presentation experience, support and
guidance will be available throughout the proposal and presentation process.
This is your chance to:
- Highlight innovative ways technology enhances learning, research, or operations.
- Share transformative projects that are reshaping the way we connect, work, and study.
- Inspire the next wave of technology-driven progress at GVSU.
Why Present?

- Contribute to the advancement of technology adoption at GVSU.
Presentation Formats:
- Breakout Sessions - held in a conference room or classroom setting, presenting a 30-40 minute presentation on your selected topic.
- Poster Presentations - present a poster on your topic during a designate time for attendees to engage with you and learn more.
- Roundtable Discussions - present to 8 - 10 attendees at a time on your topic for approximately 20 minutes. Roundtables will rotate to allow attendees to attend more than one discussion.
