Biography
Marlene strives to create a more just world is situated within her continually deepening understanding of how power, privilege and oppression operate within herself, as well as in people, organizations and systems. She has been using education as a tool to develop equity leaders and more equitable organizations for almost 30 years. She is an executive leader who fosters opportunities for shared visioning and collaboration in order to maximize collective impact. Marlene is invested in community and civic engagement work and serves on a variety of boards related to gender and racial justice.
