Development of a supplier diversity statement and expectation for units.

(1) The Senior Leadership Team has agreed to establish senior or deputy inclusion and equity officers in each of the major organizational units and division, as a part of current individual’s jobs or reassignment of time. VP Bernal is working with each of the Executive Officers to determine the best approach for each area. (2) The Reach Higher 2025 Steering Committee will consider KPIs relative to DEI. (3) VP Bernal will work with teams to identify initial high-level goals for each of the 4 commitment areas to inform the Reach Higher 2025 plan.
