Housing Rates
Grand Valley features some of the newest and most affordable housing in the state. The real value of living on campus is proximity to classrooms, faculty members, campus life, recreation facilities, health care facilities, and dining. In short, living on campus gives you opportunities and advantages that can make your college experience more memorable, more enjoyable, and more successful. In addition to the convenience of paying for your housing with your student account (you can choose a one-time payment or pay on an installment plan), your housing costs also includes all of your utilities, internet, and a laundry card.
