Frey is home to 1-Bedroom Apartment-Style units reserved for first-year students. Each unit comes fully furnished, and students get a private bathroom with a kitchenette. While residents still share their bedroom/living space, they get more privacy and flexibility than in cluster or traditional style. Residents still form a strong community and connections here. These buildings are located in the North Campus Neighborhood near Kleiner Commons, the tutoring center, Fresh Food Co., Fuel, and Mackinac Hall, where most freshmen have classes.

The exact room dimensions and layout may vary. Furnishings and finishes may vary as well. We strongly recommend waiting until move-in to purchase items such as extra furniture or rugs once you are able to take exact measurements and determine how you want to set up your room.
