Program Manager - Next Engineers
The Program Manager will lead the day-to-day implementation of the Next Engineers program in Grand Rapids, a global initiative funded by the GE Aerospace Foundation and managed by FHI 360. As part of a broader project team responsible for overall program oversight, this role focuses on execution and coordination of Engineering Discovery and Engineering Academy programming, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong partnerships, and achievement of program targets. The Program Manager recruits and supports facilitators and coordinates college student assistants, serving as the central point of coordination across university staff, community partners, GE Aerospace volunteers, and FHI 360. This is a full-time, year-round position that includes regular travel within the Grand Rapids area and program delivery during evenings and some weekends, including monthly Saturday sessions during the academic year and summer programming.

Resident Director
Calvin University is hiring a Resident Director for next year. Details: Be part of an outstanding team and grow professionally as you supervise 6 RAs and oversee one residence hall, and support a cohort of students who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. The annual salary is around $30,000, 2 months fully off in summer, 4 weeks off for holiday breaks, plus flexible paid time off days, professional development funds, full health benefits, 8% retirement contribution, 2-bedroom apartment & full meal plan included. No night/weekend crisis responsibilities. This position will oversee a traditional residence hall of around 200 students and also support Life & Career students, many of whom live in this residence hall. Assistant Director of Residence Life
The Assistant Director for Residence Life reports directly to the Associate Director for Residence Life with a primary focus on facilitating an engaging residential experience that is highly relational, fosters curiosity and learning; centers well-being, and supports students successfully finding their way. The Assistant Director for Residence Life supports the residential experience by providing direct supervision and leadership to up to six (6) live-in Resident Directors (RDs) and management of a residential area that houses up to 1500 students. The Assistant Director provides leadership, planning, implementation, and assessment for various department's essential administrative functions, including but is not limited to student staff recruitment, student leadership development, student staff trainings, collaborative development and implementation of the residential experience model, department engagement events, and housing operation processes.

The Assistant Director of Student Life — Fraternity & Sorority Life serves as the primary operational leader for the Fraternity & Sorority Life community, fostering a safe, inclusive, engaged, and values-driven experience for fraternities and sororities. This role provides direct coaching and support to governing councils and chapters, oversees FSL events and initiatives, manages key administrative and compliance processes, and advances a culture of belonging, accountability, and student leadership development within the fraternity and sorority community.
The Assistant Director supervises graduate assistants and student staff, collaborates closely with campus and inter/national partners, and ensures FSL programs, policies, and practices align with university expectations and the Office of Student Life’s mission. This position plays a central role in cultivating an environment that prioritizes student well-being, community development, equitable support of all councils, risk prevention, and responsible membership practices.
Residence Hall Director
The Residence Hall Director is a full-time, 12-month, live-in professional staff position and reports
to the Associate Director of Housing and Residence Life. The Residence Hall Director oversees the
community building and administrative management of a residence hall housing up to 225-350
students. The main responsibilities of the position include student leader supervision and
development, community and education development, student well-being and conduct, and
administration management.

4-H Summer Camp takes place at Camp Bob Cooper in Summerton, South Carolina on Lake Marion. Staff will report to camp in mid-May and work until early August. Counselors will be working with youth ranging in age from 8-14. 4-H Activities include:
- Swimming, canoeing, tubing and fishing
- Paintball, archery, ropes course and climbing tower
- Nature hikes and team sports
- Arts, crafts, dance and talent show
- Nightly skits and games
