The Laker volleyball team opens its home season Friday and Saturday, September 20-21, with matches against Northern Michigan and Michigan Tech universities.
Both matches will air on ESPN3. The match against NMU will start at 7 p.m. Friday at the Fieldhouse Arena; Saturday's match against MTU will begin at 4 p.m.
Grand Valley opened the season September 6-7 in North Carolina, losing matches to Lander University (2-3) and Lenoir-Rhyne University (0-3), and beating UNC Pembroke (3-2) and Coker College (3-0).
The weekend matches will be broadcast live on ESPN3 and are available to ESPN subscribers via ESPN.com or the ESPN app.
