The final candidates in the search for the university's provost position will be on campus for interviews in January.

Search committee members will narrow the candidate pool to three finalists, and interviews will likely be held in mid- and late-January.

The search committee is led by Teri Losey, secretary to the Board of Trustees and executive associate to the president, and Jon Jellema, retired associate vice president for Academic Affairs and associate professor emeritus of English.

Gayle R. Davis, provost and executive vice president for Academic and Student Affairs, will retire in the summer.
