Hillary Clinton to hold event at GVSU

Democratic nominee for president Hillary Clinton will hold a campaign event at Grand Valley State University's Allendale Campus on November 7. 

The event will be held in the university's Fieldhouse arena. Doors will open to the public at 2 p.m. Clinton is expected to speak at 4 p.m.

This is not a university sponsored event.

Parking changes are being made to accommodate the visit:

Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton will be on campus today.  To adapt for Clinton's visit the following accommodations are being made:

Lot C-West - Closed all day

Lot E - Reserved for ADA event parking only

Lot F (West portion) - Closed until 12 p.m. 

Event parking is available in the following lots:

Lot B - Open parking

Lot C - Open parking, no access to FH circle

Lot D - Reserved parking for Faculty/Staff D1-D3 and Residents D4-D9

Lot E - Reserved for ADA event parking only

Lot F (East portion) - Reserved parking for Faculty/Staff

Lot G and Lot H - Open parking
