Faculty member's documentary to air on PBS
A documentary about philanthropy produced by Salvatore Alaimo, an assistant professor in the School of Public, Nonprofit and Health Administration at Grand Valley, will be shown for the first time on WGVU-TV on Sunday, December 18 at 2:30 p.m.
The film, "What is Philanthropy," is a feature-length documentary that discusses the concept of giving critically while providing a wide variety of perspectives on the topic.
The documentary has been included in four film festivals across the country and is a nominee for an Eclipse award.
