Kenneth VerBurg, who joined Grand Valley’s staff in 1961, died
February 21 in Lansing. He was 82.
VerBurg served as director of Personnel and Purchasing from
1961-1967. He then worked as a faculty member at Michigan State
University and was a published author in the area of state and local government.
A memorial service will be held February 28, 11 a.m., at River
Terrace Church in East Lansing.
