Patricia Clark, professor of writing, served as poet-in-residence at the annual Theodore Roethke birthday bash, which celebrates the native poet and 1954 Pulitzer Prize winner.
Ryan A Thum, assistant professor of water resources, co-wrote articles, “Hybridization, Cryptic Diversity, and Invasiveness in Introduced Variable-leaf Watermilfoil,” published in Evolutionary Applications; and “Loopholes in the Regulation of Invasive Species?” published in Biological Invasions.
