Bryan Celano is being called a hero after he pulled a man from a car that had flipped and was upside down in a ditch full of water. Celano, a criminal justice major and certified EMT, said he had to wade into the water three times before being able to free the man.
He said it all started when was traveling west on M-45 near 136th Ave. and was flagged down by a man.
