A January 12 lecture by Franklin Sirmans, curator of modern and
contemporary art at The Menil Collection in Houston, has been canceled.
Sirmans, this year's visiting curator, was scheduled to speak at the
Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts, as well as meet with Grand Valley
classes and individual students. A rescheduled visit will be announced
at a later date.
