Nominations will be accepted until March 2 for awards that will be
presented at the Celebration of Women Awards Ceremony.
The event, scheduled for March 17, celebrates the achievements of
students, faculty and staff members and their efforts to enrich the
lives of women on campus and/or the community.
Categories are the Maxine Swanson Award and the Impact Award, presented
by the Women's Commission; Barbara Jordan Award, presented by Women and
Gender Studies; Outstanding Female Student Award, presented by the
Women's Center; and Positive Black Women Scholarship Awards, presented
by PBW.
