Women's Commission to host fall welcome

Faculty and staff members are invited to the annual Women's Welcome Reception, a celebration of the start of a new academic year.
Sponsored by the Women's Commission, Women's Center, Women and Gender Studies and Positive Black Women, the reception is scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, from noon-1:30 p.m. in the Kirkhof Center, room 2204.
Ken James, assistant vice president for Affirmative Action, will be keynote speaker. A light lunch will be served. Doors will open at 11:45 a.m. and the program will start at 12:15 p.m.
