WMSTI offers course in medical device manufacturing

The West Michigan Science and Technology Initiative and Grand Rapids Community College are offering an event for manufacturers who are interested in diversifying into medical device manufacturing.

The Sept. 10 event will include breakout sessions on how to enter the market; regulatory concerns; design and engineering quality systems; and manufacturing excellence. A panel of West Michigan manufacturers involved in the industry will be on-hand to share experiences and lessons learned.
