U of M staff to tour Grand Valley facilities

Members of the facilities staff from the University of Michigan will visit Grand Valley State University to see how staff members in Allendale and Grand Rapids keep the campuses beautiful.

Five U of M representatives will tour the campuses on Monday, August 11. The Allendale Campus tour begins at 11 a.m. and includes Lake Ontario Hall, Kirkhof Center and housing. The Pew Grand Rapids tour begins at 2 p.m. and includes DeVos Center, Kennedy Hall of Engineering and Keller Engineering Lab Building.

An employee at the University of Michigan who has a student in Grand Valley’s engineering program requested that U of M’s facility director visit Grand Valley to see how the university maintains the quality of campus facilities.
