"Menu for the Future," noontime discussions led by staff
members that focus on food systems and sustainability will begin
Thursday, October 2, and Monday, October 6.
Last year, similar classes focused on voluntary simplicity. Participants
are asked to buy a book and attend an introductory class, which will be
held today at noon in the Kirkhof Center, room 1247, or Thursday, noon,
in Lake Michigan Hall, room 279.
