Nominations sought for advising award

The nomination deadline for the Outstanding Academic Advising and Student Services Award has been extended to November 3. The award recognizes one faculty member and one staff member.

Requirements for nominations include three support letters from professional colleagues and three letters from enrolled students. Award guidelines and a nominating form are online at www.gvsu.edu/advising , click on the “Awards” link on the menu.

The faculty recipient will be recognized at the Faculty Awards Convocation in February and the staff member will be recognized at the Administrative/Professional Awards Luncheon in April.
