Videos produced by News and Information Services won two Gold Awards in
the Hermes Creative Awards international competition. The Gold Award is
presented to entries judged to exceed the high standards of the industry
norm. The two videos receiving a Gold Award were the December 2007
Commencement video and a Public Safety video.
The videos were produced, written and voiced by Mary Eilleen Lyon,
assistant vice president for News and Information Services, and edited
by William Cuppy of Cuppy Productions.
The Hermes Creative Awards is administered and judged by the Association
of Marketing and Communications Professionals, an international
organization. There were about 4,000 entries from throughout the U.S.
and other countries.
