Community Reading events set

The 2008 Community Reading Project has planned number of campus events and discussion groups during winter semester in conjunction with the selected book, The Glass Castle , a memoir by Jeannette Walls.

The intent of the project is to promote diversity, inclusion, insight and understanding through dialogue and events surrounding relevant themes in the book. A complete list of discussion group dates, locations and times can be found at www.gvsu.edu/cois/crp . Hallmark events are noted below.

Thursday, January 17

Wednesday, March 19

The 2008 Community Reading Lecture by Jeannette Walls, author of The Glass Castle.

Wednesday, April 2

The William Interdisciplinary Colloquium on the Community Reading Project
