College Goal Sunday rescheduled

College Goal Sunday has been rescheduled for February 24 at the Grand Valley State University and Fremont locations. Baker College in Muskegon has rescheduled their event for February 20.

Volunteers will help college-bound students complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA. The event, originally scheduled for Feb. 10, was rescheduled because of inclement weather.

Event details are as follows:
• Feb. 24, 2-4 p.m., at Grand Valley State University-DeVos Center, Pew Grand Rapids Campus, 401 W. Fulton
• Feb. 24, 2-4 p.m., at the Newaygo County Regional Educational Service Agency in Fremont
• Feb. 20, 5-7 p.m., at Baker College in Muskegon

The FAFSA is required of any student seeking financial aid including grants, loans and many scholarships. Students and parents should bring their most recent federal income tax return, a driver’s license, 2007 bank statements and W-2 forms.
