The annual Celebration of Women Awards Ceremony is planned for
Wednesday, March 19, from noon-1:30 p.m. in the Kirkhof Center, Grand
River Room. The doors will open at 11:45 a.m. and a light lunch will be provided.
Awards will be presented to students, faculty and staff members by the
Women’s Commission, Women and Gender Studies, Positive Black Women and
the Women’s Center. Recipients include Carol Sanchez, professor of
management and director of international business programs, and Connie
Ingham, academic coordinator for the biology department.
