GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Van Andel Global Trade Center at Grand Valley
State University will look ahead in its 10th annual Automotive Suppliers
Symposium on March 13. Offering a different theme each year, this
half-day program aims to provide Michigan automotive suppliers the most
current information and resources on the industry. It addresses the
impact of the global trends and helps companies develop essential
business strategies to respond to changes. Area experts are invited to
share their insights and explore paths to success in the dynamic global marketplace.
This year’s theme is "Strategies for Success in the Next
Decade." The keynote speaker is Bo Andersson, General Motors’ group
vice president for global purchasing and supply chain. Other speakers
will include: Terry Nadeau from Johnson Controls, Michael Robinet from
CSM Worldwide and Jim Teets from ADAC Automotive.
The symposium is March 13 from 7:30-11:30 a.m. in Grand Valley State
University’s, Eberhard Center, 301 West Fulton Street, in Grand Rapids.
Parking is in the Fulton Street lot directly across from the building.
