The 14th annual Cook International Carillon Concert Series at Grand Valley State University, Allendale Campus, begins with an Open Tower event hosted by Julianne Vanden Wyngaard, university carillonneur. The event, Sunday, 8-9:30 p.m., is a rare opportunity to tour Grand Valley's landmark. Free Admission. Rain or shine.
