Team pedometer challenge begins soon

The third annual Grand Valley pedometer challenge will start September 24.

Sponsored by Work Life Connections, the challenge will run for six weeks. Teams of two-four people compete against other Grand Valley teams for prizes. For the second straight year, the university will compete against Saginaw Valley State University in a “Battle of the Valleys.”

Visit www.gvsu.edu/healthwellness/pc2007 , beginning today to register a team. A team captain is required to register all members of the team. There is a $10 per person registration fee that includes a pedometer for every team member. The registration fee is due at time of pedometer pickup.
