Family Association has new presence online

The Family Association, a free organization for families of GVSU students, recently launched a new Web site. The site, at www.gvsu.edu/familyassociation , has information about resources for families, a master calendar and more.

The Family Association, established in 2006, connects families of Grand Valley students to the university through interaction, education, volunteerism, and financial support of the university.

Last year, an Advisory Committee of parents was established and a fundraising campaign was held that raised more than $140,000 for the university.
