Two workshops presented by Disability Support Services will focus on
helping faculty and staff members familiarize themselves with assistive technology.
“Assistive Technology” will showcase available software applications;
it’s scheduled for 9-11 a.m. on Monday, October 22, in Henry Hall, room
117. Participants will gain hands-on experience with lab applications
designed to assist users with a disability.
“Assistive Technology is for Everyone” is set for noon-2 p.m. on Friday,
October 26, in Henry Hall, room 117. This session will focus on computer
applications for those with a tight budget.
