The Arts at Noon concert series continues on Wednesday, October 17, with
a performance by two of the founding members of the Arcata String Quartet.
Violinist Marjorie Bagley and cellist Michael Carrera are now on the
music faculty at Ohio University. They have performed throughout Europe
and the United States and collaborated with the American, Tokyo, and
Borromeo string quartets, among others.
At their Grand Valley appearance, the duo will be joined by music
faculty members Pablo Mahave-Veglia and Robert Byrens. The event at the
Cook-DeWitt Center is free and open to the public; for more information,
