The University Club will host a soup bowl painting party to provide bowls for an area charity. The holiday party is scheduled for December 8, 4:30-8 p.m., at the Meadows Restaurant. Cost per person is $14 and includes bowl, painting supplies and studio firing time. Pizza, salad, dessert and soft drinks will be provided and a cash bar will be available.
The bowls painted that day will benefit "Soup's On for All," a January fundraiser for God's Kitchen in Grand Rapids.
