Helicopter used for storm damage repair

Construction crews will be repairing damage caused by heavy rains earlier this summer. On Saturday, September 23, a helicopter will be used to place 150 tons of stone in the ravine south of the Calder Art Center. The work will take place at the east end of Lot D.

James Moyer, assistant vice president for Facilities Planning, said the helicopter is expected to arrive before 7 a.m. and repairs will take most of the day.
