Dow Automotive president launches Secchia lectures

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- The president of Dow Automotive will talk about chemistry and cars in the first of Seidman College of Business' lectures named for Ambassador to Italy Peter F. Secchia.

Dow Automotive President George Hamilton will speak on November 8, 2006 in the Loosemore Auditorium of the DeVos Center on Grand Valley's Pew Grand Rapids Campus. Industry faces challenges as new geographies and economies emerge to vie for manufacturing revenue. Hamilton will discuss how Dow Automotive is succeeding in the global economy with chemistry-enabled innovation.
