Aquinas College to host NPR host

Diane Rehm, host of a talk show on National Public Radio, will speak at Aquinas College on Tuesday, October 24, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Aquinas College Performing Arts Center.

The event is free and open to the public. "A Conversation with NPR's Diane Rehm," is sponsored by the college's Women's Studies Center.

Rehm began her radio career in 1973 as a volunteer at WAMU. She became host and producer of two health-oriented programs, and in 1979 was selected to host WAMU's local morning talk show, "Kaleidoscope," which was renamed "The Diane Rehm Show" in 1984. Her show can be heard daily on WGVU radio.
