An update on the massive upgrade of Grand Valley's major administrative software packages that is currently underway has been scheduled. The open forum will be 9 a.m. Tuesday, January 25, in 215-216 Kirkhof Center.
The university is in the process of upgrading its student records, finance and human resources systems to a suite of applications called Banner. The result will be improved access, more Web-based self service options, greater flexibility and strategic planning possibilities. The new will be implemented over several years.
