GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Grand Valley State University students and faculty members will join Gov. Granholm for a roundtable discussion at Grand Valley's Cook-DeVos Center for Health Sciences (CHS). Granholm will be addressing the job skills needed for the future and her New Merit Scholarship proposal.
The discussion will take place Thursday, May 19 at 11 a.m. in room 307 of the CHS building, which is located at 301 Michigan, NE, in downtown Grand Rapids.
In addition to talking with health professions students and professionals, Granholm will meet with representatives from the business community as well.
